Exception Return & Refund Policy

In case of exchange or return, Exception gives customers the right to exchange or return the product for another product on the same day of purchase and before the end of the day, provided that the original sales receipt is presented. The product must be in its original condition, and the refund method will be the same as the payment method. Customers also have the right to exchange the product for another product of the same value, provided that the exchange method is the same as the receipt method, whether delivery or pickup.
